Buying is KYC-free, codes are delivered instantly once your payment confirms, and most cards stay valid for a long time. Purchased codes are kept under My Orders.

Yes. You need an account to check out and to view your purchased codes. Creating an account is instant — we don't ask for identity documents or KYC. Browsing the catalog and filling your cart works without an account.

Our catalog is organized by category — Gaming, Streaming, Shopping, Music, Apps & Media, Food & Drink and Travel. You can filter by category or search by brand on the catalog page. Available brands, denominations and regions are shown there.

Prices are displayed in the store currency (USD). At checkout the total is converted into the cryptocurrency you choose using Paymento's live market rate, so you always see the exact crypto amount before you send a payment.

After you place an order you are directed to Paymento's checkout page, where the USD total is converted to the cryptocurrency you select at a live rate. Paymento shows the exact amount and a payment address for your order. Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your order is marked paid and delivery begins automatically.

Paymento supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and a range of additional coins. The coins and rates available for your order are listed on the Paymento checkout page before you pay.

Yes. Paymento is a non-custodial gateway: funds are transferred directly from your wallet to the merchant's designated wallet. Neither Gifthycards nor Paymento takes custody of your cryptocurrency at any point during the transaction.

Confirmation time depends on the cryptocurrency and current network conditions. Your order is updated to Paid once the network has confirmed the transaction according to the store's risk settings, and the gift card is delivered automatically after that.

Quotes generated at checkout are valid for a limited window. If the rate changes significantly or the quote expires, you can start a new checkout to receive a fresh amount. Always send exactly the amount shown for your active order.

No. Buying on Gifthycards does not require identity verification (KYC) or identity documents. You only need an email address and a crypto wallet. In rare situations where required by law or to prevent fraud, we may ask for additional verification.

Codes are delivered automatically to My Orders the moment your payment is confirmed on-chain — usually within minutes. There is no manual processing or waiting for support.

Gifthycards does not expire your codes. Most gift cards remain valid for a long period (often years) after purchase. Exact validity is determined by the issuer, so please check the brand page or the issuer's terms before buying.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your code is delivered automatically to your order. Open the order under My Orders to view and copy each code.

Your transaction has been broadcast to the network but has not yet received enough confirmations. Delivery happens automatically once the payment is confirmed; no action is needed on your part.

A fixed denomination is a pre-set amount, such as a $50 Steam card. A custom top-up lets you enter any amount within the brand's permitted range; the purchase price equals the top-up amount multiplied by the brand's configured rate.

Each code is issued in the currency and region of the brand you selected. Redemption is subject to the issuer's terms, and not all cards are available in all regions. Please review the brand page before purchasing.

Partially paid means the payment processor received less than the required amount; expired means the payment window passed before confirmation. If an order was not paid in full you can place a new order. For any discrepancy, contact support with your order number and we will help resolve it.

Because gift-card codes are digital and delivered immediately, orders are generally non-refundable once a code has been issued. If a code is invalid, or an order is not fulfilled correctly, contact support within 14 days of purchase and we will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the code or issue a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

First check My Orders — delivered codes appear there once payment is confirmed. If the order is marked paid but no code is visible, contact support with your order number and the transaction details from your wallet, and we will resolve it promptly.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run Gifthycards — such as our payment processor — and when required by law. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes, sessions use httpOnly and same-site cookies, and gift-card codes are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Codes are decrypted and shown only to the account owner after a confirmed purchase.

Change your password immediately and contact support. If you have lost access to your email or cannot complete a password reset, our support team will verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
